Follow the Julio Foolio Homicide Trial — State of Florida v. Alicia Andrews

The court case of Alicia Andrews of Jacksonville rapper Julio Foolio is now underway in Hillsborough County Court.

The state alleges that she worked as a lookout while the victim was celebrating his birthday. They claim she communicated with others who later cornered the rapper in a hotel parking lot.

Three gunmen allegedly opened fire, fatally shooting the rapper and leaving three others hurt.

Her defense attorney argues that she didn’t know what the others intended to do. The defense says she was in Tampa for personal reasons.
